Lash Rehab Treatments in Forest Hill – Repair, Regrow, Restore

Damaged lashes? Gaps after extensions? Overprocessed from a lift gone wrong?

I understand how disheartening it can feel to see your natural lashes weakened or sparse after poorly applied extensions, aggressive removals, or chemical overprocessing. After over 13 years in the industry I have seen it all, and was sick of not being able to offer more, which is why I created a personalised Lash Rehab program – a restorative treatment using professional-grade serums and layered nourishment to help rebuild lash health, stimulate regrowth, and protect the delicate lash line as it recovers.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all service. Each session is tailored to your current lash condition, your goals, and your lash cycle, with options to support you through every stage of the healing process and get you back to feeling like the best version of yourself.

Custom Lash growth treatment Plan Melbourne

  • For new or returning clients.

Focus: Multi-layered repair + regrowth support, enhanced penetration via tint

A deep restorative treatment including a gentle tint (with the lowest developer) to help open the hair shaft for improved absorption. A layered mix of professional hydrating and strengthening serums is selected on the day to condition, soften, and support regrowth. Perfect for starting your recovery journey or reassessing damaged lashes.

  • Focus: Support hydration and internal structure, encourage early regrowth

A lighter, serum-focused session designed to hydrate and stimulate lash follicles between full rehab visits. No tint included. Ideal for clients using a growth serum at home or those needing mid-recovery support.

For returning clients as part of our treatment plan.

  • Focus: Rehydrate & soften dry, brittle lashes

    Short-term support option.

A quick top-up of hydration and softness for brittle or dry lashes. Includes a gentle cleanse and 2-step serum layering to restore flexibility and prevent further breakage. Recommended in early recovery or between longer sessions.

For returning clients as part of our treatment plan.

  • New clients please start with the Lash Rehab & Tint for your first visit.

I will assess your lash health & history and as I stock an extensive range of different professional serums and regenerators, pick the best combination for you on the day.

I will also provide you with an ongoing treatment plan to get to your goal of healthier lashes, or when we can start looking at extensions or lash lifts again. As everyone is different, the plan could include ongoing lash rehab, mini lash rehab, hydration boost and home care. I cannot provide this from photos, I must be seeing you in person for a new client lash rehab booking.

Each treatment draws from a curated range of premium professional products including regenerators, peptides, keratin treatments, and barrier-restoring balms. While I tailor each session individually, all treatments are free from harsh ingredients and focused on long-term lash health.

  • As soon as your lash line is calm and free from irritation. If you’ve had a recent removal or overprocessing, I recommend waiting 2–3 days before your first Lash Rehab session.

  • While you may see softness and improved condition after just one session, most clients need a series of treatments over several weeks to see visible regrowth and restored fullness. I’ll recommend a tailored plan based on your lash health.

  • Yes! but only gentle, water-based or tubing mascara. I recommend and stock Elleebana Elevate as it is safe to wear and easy to remove, as well as contains additional hydration and lash support. Avoid waterproof formulas or heavy rubbing during cleansing.

  • Not right away. Lash Rehab is designed to support recovery before reintroducing chemical services. In some cases, a partial lift may be suitable after 6–8 weeks, depending on your progress. However this will be discussed in your treatment plan.

  • It will depend on the health of your natural lashes which I cannot asses until our first lash rehab session.

In most cases it will best to avoid extensions during Lash Rehab, especially for the first few weeks. The goal is to give your natural lashes time to recover without the added weight or stress of adhesive and extensions. Once your lash health has improved and gaps have filled in, we can reassess whether extensions are suitable again, even if we start with some light ones and build them up over time. This will be discussed as part of your treatment plan.

  • A regular tint colours the lashes only. Lash Rehab includes a low-volume tint to prep the hair shaft for better serum absorption, followed by layered professional treatments to deeply hydrate, strengthen, and support regrowth.

  • Typically every 2–4 weeks. If your lashes are severely compromised, we may start with a weekly Hydration Boost or Mini Rehab, then space visits out as your lashes improve.

  • Yes - all in-salon Lash Rehab products are pregnancy-safe. We may just have to exclude some suggestions for the at home support.

  • Yes — Lash Rehab is perfect after a lash extension removal, especially if your lashes feel dry, brittle, or sparse. I recommend waiting 2–3 days post-removal if the lash line feels sensitive, then we can begin restoring hydration and supporting regrowth with a tailored serum blend.
