A lash lift is very low maintenance, but I have all of the ins and outs on caring for your lash lift right here!

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and no mascara, eyeliner, or oil-based products around your eyes. If you’re coming straight from work, gym or a busy day, you’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to use the client cleansing bar, stocked with gentle lash-safe cleansers and disposable face towels to freshen up before your service.

Avoid using waterproof mascara, lash growth serums and lash curlers for at least 48 hours before your appointment, as these can leave residue that affects the lift.

You’ll receive a consultation form before your appointment - please complete it as soon as you receive it so I have time to review your answers and get in touch if I have any questions or concerns.

If you absolutely must wear mascara the day of your appointment, please ensure it is a light coat of a water based product - such as a tubing mascara.

When done correctly by a trained professional (like me!), a lash lift will not damage your natural lashes. I use high-quality products and carefully time each step to suit your lash type, so there’s no over-processing.

To keep your lashes healthy between lifts, I also recommend using a keratin lash serum daily and booking a maintenance appointment mid-cycle. These help nourish and protect your lashes, so you can enjoy long-term results without compromising lash health.

This is a specialised treatment designed to refresh your lash lift between full appointments. Usually done around the 3–4 week mark. It includes a lash tint and nourishing treatments to boost lash health and extend the life of your lift.

While a normal tint itself will fade over time, the difference is in the added treatments: I assess your lashes in real time and pick from my extensive range of professional serums and solutions to mix with the tint, and finish with to also smooth the lashes. This helps reduce frizz, maintain lift shape, and improve lash thickness and length over time.

It’s ideal if your lift still has shape but needs a boost. Many clients think they need another full lift, but this revives the results, helps you space out lifts (so you're not over-processing your lashes), and saves you money long-term.

Plus, the maintenance appointment is quicker than a full lash lift, so you’ll be in and out faster, perfect for a little mid-cycle refresh. Just book the tint with treatment!

Over-curled or over-processed lashes can be a bit scary, but don’t worry, it’s usually fixable. Please don’t try to correct it at home, as using the wrong products can make things worse.

I offer a lash lift reversal treatment that gently softens and smooths the lash curl, helping to bring your lashes back into a more natural direction. Aftercare is essential, you’ll need to use a keratin lash serum daily to restore hydration and support healthy regrowth. The sooner we treat it, the better the outcome. A Korean lash lift is a new way of performing a lash lift. I assess factors like length, thickness, and health to determine the best approach for your desired look. If your lashes are healthy and long enough, a Korean lash lift is ideal for maximum curl. For finer or shorter lashes, a standard lift may be better for a softer enhancement. My goal is to create a stunning result that complements your features while preserving lash integrity.
