Appointments can be made online with the booking system up to 1 hour before and 3 months in advance. I offer flexible appointment times to suit busy schedules, including evening appointments (open until 7pm two nights a week) and Saturday mornings.

Early appointments before 9am are available on Fridays for select extended services such as lash lifts, lash extensions and refills.

If the time you are after is not listed, please add yourself to the waitlist and include your preferred time and back up times if possible so I can get back to you and find something to suit.

If you’re coming straight from work, gym or a busy day, you’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early and freshen up before your appointment.
Our client bathroom includes a self-serve cleansing bar stocked with gentle, lash- and brow-safe products so you can remove makeup, sunscreen or sweat before your service.
While I will always prep you, clean lashes mean less prep time, more refill time, and better results - no awkward cleansing around your fresh brows later.

I like to dedicate my full attention to my clients during every lash and brow appointment, so I often won’t be able to answer calls (and tbh I’m terrible at checking voicemail)
Texting is always best. You can message me anytime, even after hours - it’s a dedicated work number and won’t disturb me.

Feel free to text with any questions before or after your appointment. If you’d prefer to chat on the phone, just send me a text and I’ll call you back in my next gap between clients.

As I am often back to back please call or text if you are running late. The more notice I have, the more likely I am able to be able to jiggle something around to accomodate without having to cancel or cut your appointment short.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required when booking.

I know life happens, so please do let me know if something comes up asap. No shows will be charged the balance of your booked appointment in full.
