Many of my sets incorporate brown lashes because the finish is simply that much softer and more natural-looking. For those seeking a touch more drama, we can create exquisite brown volume eyelash extensions, or if you prefer a delicate touch, a light angel set is a wonderful choice. We can even achieve a beautiful wet set, which strikes the perfect balance between the two styles.

  • Eyelash extensions are applied to each individual natural lash to add length, fullness, and curl. They are customised to suit your natural lashes and desired look, whether that's soft and subtle or more defined. Extensions are a luxury service and require proper care, including daily cleansing and infills every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking their best. Stretching out refill appointments can result in poor retention and an uneven appearance, ultimately wasting the money you’ve invested. For clients who wear extensions regularly, a lash growth serum is also recommended to support long-term lash health. While many enjoy them as part of their regular routine, they can absolutely be worn as a one-off for special occasions too.

  • Eyelash extensions, when applied correctly, shouldn’t damage your natural lashes. With over 13 years of experience, I carefully apply each set using high-quality materials and techniques tailored to your lash health, always considering the appropriate weight and length your lashes can support. Your lash health is a top priority, and I’ll always recommend what’s best for you, even if that means declining extreme styles.

    In full transparency, some clients may find their natural lashes don’t hold up as well as expected. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including undiagnosed medical conditions or nutrient deficiencies etc which may fall outside the scope of what I can assess. If I notice your lashes are showing signs of stress, I’ll let you know and we can troubleshoot together. This might include taking a break, adjusting your styling, or recommending a lash serum to support regrowth. My goal is to work with you to keep your lashes looking and feeling their best.

  • Lash refills are essential for maintaining the integrity and appearance of your lash extensions. It’s recommended to schedule a refill every 2–3 weeks, even if your lashes still appear full. As your natural lashes shed and grow, extensions will fall out or grow out with them, which can cause some to twist, turn, or place strain on the natural lash if not removed and replaced.

    Lash extensions are a luxury service, and proper maintenance is key to getting the most out of your investment. Stretching out refills can lead to poor retention, uneven lash lines, and discomfort, ultimately wasting the money you’ve spent. During a refill, grown-out extensions are individually removed and replaced, but if too many need redoing, a full removal and new set may be more suitable. This requires a longer appointment and may need to be booked separately. To keep your lashes looking and feeling their best, regular 2–3 weekly refills are essential.

  • Yes, I do refill lashes done elsewhere, but please book accordingly if you’ll be attending your appointment with another lash tech’s work. You must have at least 50–60% of your extensions remaining—if you can easily count how many are left, this is no longer considered a refill and a new set will be required.

    If your previous extensions are applied poorly, a removal will be necessary. If time doesn't allow for a new full set during your appointment, you’ll need to reschedule to ensure we have enough time for proper application. If you’re not happy with how your current lashes look or feel, it’s often best to start fresh with a removal and new set. This allows me to custom map your lashes to suit your eyes, natural lash health, and desired result.

    If you’re unsure whether your current lashes qualify for a refill or want me to assess how they’ve been applied, please text me a clear photo of your lashes before booking. While I can’t determine everything from a photo, it can give me a general gauge and help guide the best approach for your appointment.
