Eyelash extensions are applied to each individual natural lash to add length, fullness, and curl. They are customised to suit your natural lashes and desired look, whether that's soft and subtle or more defined. Extensions are a luxury service and require proper care, including daily cleansing and infills every 2–3 weeks to keep them looking their best. Stretching out refill appointments can result in poor retention and an uneven appearance, ultimately wasting the money you’ve invested. For clients who wear extensions regularly, a lash growth serum is also recommended to support long-term lash health. While many enjoy them as part of their regular routine, they can absolutely be worn as a one-off for special occasions too.

Eyelash extensions, when applied correctly, shouldn’t damage your natural lashes. With over 13 years of experience, I carefully apply each set using high-quality materials and techniques tailored to your lash health, always considering the appropriate weight and length your lashes can support. Your lash health is a top priority, and I’ll always recommend what’s best for you, even if that means declining extreme styles.

In full transparency, some clients may find their natural lashes don’t hold up as well as expected. This can happen for a variety of reasons, including undiagnosed medical conditions or nutrient deficiencies etc which may fall outside the scope of what I can assess. If I notice your lashes are showing signs of stress, I’ll let you know and we can troubleshoot together. This might include taking a break, adjusting your styling, or recommending a lash serum to support regrowth. My goal is to work with you to keep your lashes looking and feeling their best.

There isn't a right or wrong choice, it all comes down to the look you want to achieve. That said, I absolutely love working with my curated collection of brown lash extensions. They create a softer, more refined finish while still giving beautiful definition. They don't read as "coloured" lashes; instead, they simply look more natural and sophisticated. In many lighting conditions you may not even notice they're brown, you'll just notice how soft and flattering they look.

Cocoa is a light to medium warm brown that beautifully complements fair skin, blue eyes and softer features.

Espresso is a deeper, neutral brown that's perfect for darker features or anyone wanting a softer alternative to traditional black lashes.

Wine is the newest addition to my collection. This rich plum-brown shade is stunning on green eyes, redheads, or anyone who naturally suits berry and plum tones.

Of course, black lashes will always have their place. If you have naturally very dark features or you wear a full face of makeup most days, black can be the perfect choice. For everyone else, I often find that one of my brown shades creates a more effortless, elevated result.

To get the best results from your lash appointment, please arrive with clean lashes free from makeup, sunscreen or oils. It’s best not to wear mascara at all on the day of your appointment - if you must, please use a small amount of water-based formula only.

You’ll receive a consultation form before your appointment; please complete it prior to coming in, ideally as soon as you receive it so that I have time to review any notes or product preferences before your visit.

If you’re coming straight from work, gym or a busy day, you’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early to use the client cleansing bar, stocked with gentle lash-safe cleansers and disposable towels to freshen up before we start.

You’re more than welcome to bring inspiration photos or text them to me in advance. Just keep in mind that every set of lashes looks a little different depending on your natural features, eye shape and lash growth, as well as each artist’s individual technique - we’ll tailor your set to suit you best.

I’ll always prep your lash area thoroughly to ensure perfect bonding and retention, but starting with clean lashes means less prep time and more extension time - helping your extensions last longer and look their best.

Lash refills are essential for maintaining the integrity and appearance of your lash extensions. It’s recommended to schedule a refill every 2–3 weeks, even if your lashes still appear full. As your natural lashes shed and grow, extensions will fall out or grow out with them, which can cause some to twist, turn, or place strain on the natural lash if not removed and replaced.

To ensure the best outcome for your lashes, all new clients will need to book a removal and full set so I can start fresh with products and styling I know and trust. This allows me to properly assess your natural lashes, apply extensions safely, and create a look that lasts.
