A 50% retainer (non-refundable deposit) is required when booking.
If you can’t make your appointment, or need to reschedule for any reason, please give 48 hours’ notice and Dear Lashes can put your deposit towards a new booking or different service. If 48 hours is not given, the deposit cannot be transferred.
No-shows will be charged the remaining balance of the booked appointment in full. So please let me know!
For short appointments, being 10 or more minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your retainer (non refundable deposit) forfeited. For longer appointments, arriving late may mean your appointment is either cancelled (with your deposit forfeited) or shortened, but still charged in full.
I always do my best to run on time and will do my best to notify you in advance if I’m running behind. If you're running late, please let me know as early as possible - this allows me to contact the next client to check if they’re able to wait. (or quickly have a much needed snack break)

If you’re coming straight from work, gym or a busy day, you’re welcome to arrive a few minutes early and freshen up before your appointment.
Our client bathroom includes a self-serve cleansing bar stocked with gentle, lash- and brow-safe products so you can remove makeup, sunscreen or sweat before your service.
While I will always prep you, clean lashes mean less prep time, more refill time, and better results - no awkward cleansing around your fresh brows later. -
I like to dedicate my full attention to my clients during every lash and brow appointment, so I often won’t be able to answer calls (and tbh I’m terrible at checking voicemail)
Texting is always best. You can message me anytime, even after hours - it’s a dedicated work number and won’t disturb me.Feel free to text with any questions before or after your appointment. If you’d prefer to chat on the phone, just send me a text and I’ll call you back in my next gap between clients.

The more notice I have, the more likely I am able to be able to jiggle something around to accomodate without having to cancel or cut your appointment short.

It is so important for you to please come to your lash appointments with NO eye makeup on.
I do have a cleansing bar in the studio bathroom, if you plan to do this, please arrive early. Removing old and new build up is a non negotiable before I can even start applying product. Me having to spend 10-20+ min deep cleansing, rather than a prime only is eating into your application time.
